Prayer Letter for Germany - November 2013

Dear intercessors,

October 31st is Reformation Day in Germany and is a holiday in former East German states to remember Martin Luther, through whom God revealed to his church the gospel of grace. Sadly this day is now celebrated as the pagan festival of Halloween throughout the western world and beyond. In Germany many churches are now providing activities on this evening to distract young people away from scary parties and to welcome them into loving fellowship and the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Please pray on this evening for protection and salvation of many young people in Germany and in also your countries!
